Keto Almond Flour Bread

Ingredients
- 300g blanched almond flour
- 60g psyllium husk powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 large eggs
- 60ml olive oil or melted butter
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 350ml warm water
Method
Mix dry ingredients
- Combine almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
- Whisk thoroughly to distribute evenly.
Make batter
- Beat eggs with oil and vinegar.
- Add dry ingredients to wet, mix well.
- Gradually add warm water while mixing until thick batter forms.
- Let stand 10 minutes for psyllium to hydrate.
Bake
- Preheat oven to 350°F, line 9x5 loaf pan.
- Pour batter into prepared pan, smooth top.
- Bake 60-70 minutes until golden and toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely before slicing.
